We are excited to announce our first-ever mini photo session fundraiser benefiting The Women of Pader Uganda, captured by Cassidy Rowell Photography! Cassidy is a professional photographer of over 10 years specializing in families and weddings. This year she is using her services to fundraise for The Women of Pader Uganda, hosted at Austin Ridge Bible Church!

HOW THE FUNDRAISER WORKS

1.) Below is our booking form to reserve your time slot. A payment of $65 is required up-front to reserve your session time and secures your 10-minute session and three high-resolution, edited, digital images with a print release. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking followed by an email with additional details.

2.) Day-of, you will arrive and check-in with our team. We ask that you please arrive no later than 15 minutes ahead of your session start time. There will be water, hot cocoa, a pop-up shop, and restrooms to enjoy while you wait for your session to begin. Sessions will start promptly at the time you are scheduled with the help of our timekeepers!

3.) You will spend 10 minutes with our experienced photographer capturing all the smiles and fun! There will be a festive backdrop as well as use of the church grounds to ensure a good variety of scenery to choose from.

4.) After your photo session ends, you can enjoy our refreshments and pop-up shop with jewelry and gifts by The Bead Project.

You will receive a link to your online viewing gallery approximately 3-5 days following your session via email from Cassidy Rowell Photography. From your online gallery,  you will be able to view photos, choose favorites, download your three images and choose any additional digitals, prints, or holiday cards. All profits from additional sales also benefit The Women of Pader Uganda! :)
