Pamella came to Pader in 2011 with her husband, Ivan, who is a pastor at Pader Community Church. Pamella started her involvement with TWOPU through The Bead Project in 2013, and in 2020 she was chosen as manager over the Impact Center, which employs 10 women doing computer work. She says that through TWOPU she’s been offered economic empowerment and has learned how to save money. She says that it’s also improved her spiritual life ! When asked what she enjoys most about her job, she said that she enjoys “helping a vulnerable woman come out of a problem, and put a smile on their faces.”
