The Mercy Program is the largest part of the TWOPU budget and exists to care for the physical needs of the most vulnerable population of Pader. It is reserved for families and individuals at risk of starvation or death from disease/injury and provides groceries, healthcare, and other needs on an individual basis. Some cases require constant care while others are rehabilitated and exited from the program once stable. Below are some of the tangible needs this program covers.
